As we round off 2025 and conclude our series of pop-ups at 48 Elizabeth Street, we want to take a moment to reflect on the fantastic brands that have brought this charming Belgravia Village corner to life ahead of our development works next year:

Over the past few months, itβs been inspiring to see how each brand transformed the space with its own unique identity – from fashion and lifestyle to food and homeware – creating something truly special in the heart of Elizabeth Street.
Whatβs been even more exciting is the demand for permanent stores following the success of these pop-ups, including several first-ever bricks-and-mortar trials. This is a testament to both the strength of the brands and the thriving retail community on Elizabeth Street, helping us better understand our core consumer and inform our wider strategy.
Weβre delighted to have welcomed If Only If to its new permanent home at 59 Elizabeth Street. Β Weβre also delighted to welcome back The Christmas Shop by Skye McAlpine, now open from 21st November to 21st December. The shop features a beautifully curated edit of handcrafted tableware, one-of-a-kind vintage pieces, preserves, sweet treats, panettone, and plenty of festive gifts. Skye will also be hosting workshops throughout December – a perfect way to embrace the Christmas spirit.
A huge thank you to all the retailers who have helped make this revolving pop-up such a success. Itβs been a pleasure to watch the space evolve into a vibrant showcase of creativity, with each brand thoughtfully curated to align with our Elizabeth Street vision and the wider Belgravia Village strategy.
