Charlotte Tilbury the UK’s largest British owned cosmetics manufacturer has taken a pre let of 5,300 sq ft at 50 Brook Green London W6. Relocating their Head Office from Kilburn, a new 10 year lease was negotiated with a tenants option to determine at the fifth year. The rent agreed reflected £49 psf with an initial 6 months rent free.
