Completion of Ampersand

On May 6th our client hosted a launch party to celebrate the completion of the Ampersand building, Wardour Street, W1.
The property provides 64,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation and is available as a whole or in floors from 14,000 sq ft.
Attendees included the project team and 135 Central London Surveyors who enjoyed drinks and lunch. The building was well received within the agency community and was praised for it’s feature living staircase and contemporary reception area.
