Cotton Lake House fully let following record Bupa signing

We’ve just secured the final letting at Cotton Lake House, on the Crossways Business Park in Dartford – medical provider Bupa has signed to take 4,359 sq ft, making this best-in-class office property now fully let.

Bupa has signed a 10-year lease with a break at year 5, paying a rent of £31.00 psf – setting a record rent for the business park.

The deal follows a previous transaction we completed with Bupa on another part of the same floor, reinforcing the strong demand for space in this recently refurbished, BREEAM ‘Very Good’ and EPC A building.
