£12 million Crawley double sale for Hanover Green

The sales of TUI Travel House and 117-119 High Street, Crawley have been completed for over £12 million. F & C REIT acquired Rocksprings TUI Travel House for £7.6 million representing a NIY of 6.4%. Close to Gatwick Airport, the 25,569 sq ft freehold office is the HQ of First Choice Travel and is let on a lease to 2029 at £20.18 psf overall.

117-119 High Street was sold to Luton Borough Council by Aviva for £4.32 million representing a NIY of 8.6%. The 18,500 sq ft offices are let to Stevensdrake Solicitors to September 2027 at £21.26 psf overall.
