D’Arblay House gets tenant quartet

Derbyshire County Council Pension Fund has let the entirety of its D’Arblay House office development in Soho to a quartet of tenants.
Quintessentially, Drink Little Miracles, Newbury Developments, and Student Castle have all signed deals to take space in the building at 16a D’Arblay Street, W1, which totals 5,540 sq ft.
The new tenants have all taken five-year leases at an average rent of around £62.50 per sq ft.
