Development Securities gets planning for Hammersmith offices

Development Securities has been granted planning permission by Hammersmith & Fulham council for its proposed redevelopment of the Hammersmith Grove NCP site.
The 275,000 sq ft scheme will comprise two attractive office buildings together with restaurants, cafés and new public open space.
David Cuthbert of Hanover Green comments: “This development will give a major boost to the local office market and will significantly improve Hammersmith’s appeal as a corporate occupier location”
