Double Letting Secured at Byron House, St James’s

The comprehensively refurbished 3rd & 4th floors of c.4,300 sq. ft. each were let to luxury French brand Christian Louboutin, represented by Harper Dennis Hobbs, and financial consultants Smith Square Partners. The floors were let on c.5-year leases.
