EasyHotel retains Hanover Green for growth

EasyHotel has retained Hanover Green for a UK wide search for sites for its budget hotels.

It is seeking freehold or long leasehold opportunities particularly in London close to transport hubs, Manchester, Birmingham, Aberdeen, Liverpool, Oxford, Bath and Cambridge and then in all other major regional cities but with a focus on sites close to transport networks.

EasyHotel is looking for offices or shops with offices or homes above of between 10,000 sq ft and 30,000 sq ft in size.

Guests can only book an easyHotel on the website and rooms are priced on the basis of the earlier you book, the less you pay and periods of high demand cost more than less popular periods.

It now has 21 budget hotels across a string of global locations including London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Zurich and Amsterdam.
