Electric vehicle company Arrival expand office space to 50,000 sq ft at Kensington Village

Hanover Green, advisor to Schroder UK Real Estate on Kensington Village, originally let 6,957 sq ft at Beaumont House in 2018 and are delighted to see the firm expand to create their UK Headquarters at the scheme.
Avinash Rugoobur, chief of strategy at Arrival, said: “Over the past few years our operations have increased dramatically, and we are excited to expand our footprint in Kensington Village to allow them to grow even more. It’s a beautiful space and we’re pleased that our presence means the building continues to support UK industry.”
There is now only 17,552 sq ft available at the building, at a quoting rent of £49.50 per sq ft.
