First letting at Reflex office building in Bracknell

Commercial Estates Group has let 9,623 sq ft at its Reflex office building in Bracknell to General Motors at a rent of £11.00 per sq ft.
GM is the first tenant in the 110,000 sq ft office building which has been newly refurbished and includes a 3,500 sq ft café and 2,000 sq ft gym.
CEG’s “Rethink“ initiative which provides their tenants with cost certainty by including Dilapidations costs within the rent, fixed increases at rent-reviews and a service charge cap amongst other flexible lease terms was a major factor in enticing General Motors to Reflex.
Some of these creative ideas were included within the GM lease.
