13k sq ft Fourth Floor Let at Mosaic East, Croydon

We’ve secured a deal for Southern Housing to take 13,187 sq ft on the 4th floor of Stephenson House, part of the newly rebranded Mosaic East scheme in East Croydon.

Formerly known as Stephenson House and Knollys House, Mosaic East is part of our client Feldberg Capital’s Akoya London workplace venture. The buildings have undergone a comprehensive refurbishment to deliver high-quality, sustainable workspace adjacent to East Croydon Station.

This latest letting reflects continued occupier demand for office environments that prioritise connectivity, wellbeing, and energy efficiency.
