Tech company Gambit Research has more than doubled its office space at Columbia Threadneedle’s Colet Court scheme in Hammersmith, west London.
The company, which provides statistical analysis to the sports betting industry, has signed a 10-year lease to expand into a further 5,000 sq ft at 100 Hammersmith Road, where it already occupies 3,700 sq ft.
Gambit Research will pay £54/sq ft on the new space with a 10-month rent-free period.
The building, which is the former home of Thames Television studios where classic TV shows including The Sweeney were filmed, has witnessed steep rental growth in the past couple of years, in line with the wider Hammersmith office market.
Hanover Green are letting agents on the development.
