General Mills expand UK HQ in Uxbridge

General Mills one of the worlds largest food companies, have taken new 10.5 year leases  on the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th Floors of Harman House, George Street, Uxbridge totaling some 53,000 sq ft at a headline rent of £28 psf. The space they already occupy will be refurbished and paid for by the landlord, Mercer Real Estate Partners.

Hanover Green acted for Mercer Real Estate who are acting on the remaining 40,000 sq ft of refurbished space.
