CLS Holdings PLC , advised by Hanover Green, are delighted to announce a number of significant transactions at Great West House, their 155,000 sq ft landmark office building on the A4 in Brentford.
Firstly, Allianz, who occupy 31,200 sq ft over 6 floors, have revised their lease arrangements to extend their stay in the building past the original expiry in 2013.
In addition new lettings have been achieved with FDI Log Box International Limited who have taken 2,540 sq ft on the 3rd floor of GW2 and C&C London Limited which has taken the remaining 2,000sq ft on this floor. Both lettings completed in March 2011.
Global Blue UK Limited, who currently occupy the 11th floor on GW2, have also committed to take an additional 3,000 sq ft on the 10th floor GW2 as part of the expansion of their business activities at Great West House.
Finally, the 10th floor of GW1 is now under offer to a locally based occupier.

New leases are available at £19.50/sq ft.
