Haier moves to Westgate, Hanger Lane

Haier, the world’s number one appliances brand , is relocating it’s UK head office from Godalming to GE Capital Real Estate’s Westgate at Hanger Lane, London W5. They have entered into a new 10 year lease with 5 year break for 3,800 sq ft on Level Three. The quoting rent for the offices at Westgate is £19.50 psf. Hanover Green represented GE and are letting agents for the remaining 48,000 sq ft available at the building.
