Hanover Green advise on the acquisition of VW Headquarters

Runnymede Borough Council, advised by Hanover Green, has bought the 101,237 sq ft VW Financial Services headquarters in Milton Keynes from UK & European Investments for £50.15m, a 4.83% net initial yield. The BREEAM Excellent building was constructed in 2014 and is let to VW Financial Services UK Limited until 2039 and benefits from RPI linked rent reviews throughout the lease term.
