Hanover Green advise Woodgate & Clark on acquisition of new headquarter offices at Kings Hill, West Malling

Due to an impending lease expiry on their office premises in the centre of West Malling, commercial loss adjuster and claims manager, Woodgate & Clark retained Hanover Green to search the local Maidstone office market for new accommodation suitable for their UK HQ.
Following an extensive search, Kings Hill Business Park was identified as the preferred location and terms were agreed on a 7,000 sq ft suite at the newly refurbished 42 Kings Hill Avenue.
