Hanover Green advises Calibre One on Farringdon move

Executive search firm Calibre One, advised by Hanover Green, is to occupy space in Audrey House at 16-20 Ely Place, London EC1.

Calibre One is to occupy 2,200 sq ft on part of the fourth floor of the building, which is owned by landlord Silver Reef Properties. The tenant has signed an eight-year deal paying an annual rent of £84,700. The deal includes eight months rent free and a break at year five.
