Hanover Green advises Shine TV on London office deal

The TV production company behind shows Masterchef and Spooks has taken a 10,500 sq ft lease in London, NW1. Shine has signed a seven year lease at 42 Gloucester Avenue, owned by London investor Span Group. The move is thought to be part of an expansion of the firm’s activities, and it will keep its London base at Primrose Studios, 109 Regents Park Road. Shine will pay £305,000 a year in rent for the property. Hanover Green advised Shine.
