Hanover Green Brokers Deal On Facebook HQ for £62m

Acting on behalf of a private Spanish investor, Hanover Green acquired the Seven Dials Warehouse on Earlham Street, Covent Garden, WC2 for £62 million.

The office space in this 61,500 sq ft building is let to Facebook on a sub lease from Expedia for a further 8 years, together with restaurant operator Belgos and Urban Outfitters occupying the Neal Street retail unit.

The net initial yield equated to 5.46%.
