Hanover Green Exchange on Ted Baker Noho Letting

On behalf of developer Art-Invest Real Estate  and Westminster City Council, Hanover Green are delighted to announce the exchange of a letting to Ted Baker at 101 Cleveland Street, Fitzrovia W1. Ted Baker have signed a 10-year lease and the building will be their new headquarters.

Ted Baker has been based in the ‘Ugly Brown Building’ on St Pancras Way for the last 20 years and it intends to call its new home the ‘Gorgeous Brown Building’. “We are delighted to have secured a gorgeous 30,000 sq ft building as our new global HQ in Fitzrovia,” said Ted Baker chief executive Rachel Osborne. “It will enable us to work more efficiently and collaboratively and most importantly to express our unique brand personality.”
