Hanover Green acted upon CEG’s behalf in letting the 1st floor of Sloane Square House to Theramex HQ UK Ltd, an international pharmaceutical company specialising in women’s health.
The office suite of 5,737 sq ft benefits from air conditioning and views over Sloane Square. The premises were let fully fitted at a rent of £57 psf on a short term lease.
