Hanover Green Lets Cat A+ Floor in Prime Farringdon

On behalf of Columbia Threadneedle, Hanover Green have completed the letting of the 1st Floor of Farringdon Point, 33 Farringdon Road, EC1 to VDC UK Management. The office of c.6,000 sq. ft. was delivered to a Cat+ specification with excellent natural light and a high quality fit out. The building is situated on the doorstep of Farringdon Station which will soon benefit from Crossrail.
Hanover Green and Compton acted on behalf of the landlord and CBRE acted on behalf of the tenant.
