Hanover Green Retail appointed on Covent Garden Estate

Hanover Green Retail have been jointly appointed as letting agents on the 250,000 sq ft retail element of the Mercers Livery Company’s Covent Garden Estate in London.

They will work with JLL as joint agents and alongside Knight Frank, which leads the strategic asset management of the estate, to help shape the area around the Covent Garden Piazza.

The Covent Garden portfolio comprises six blocks of property on the north side of Long Acre, comprising shops, cultural spaces, offices and residential flats. Together, the retail and commercial elements of the estate total 1m sq ft.

It is the second major appointment in the area for Hanover Green Retail, who were appointed as joint agents with Colliers International on the Carnaby Estate by landlord Shaftesbury in October.
