HGR advised the Landlord, Euro Real Estate Britain II S.a.r.l., on the sale of Moussaieff Jewellers unit at 172 New Bond Street to an overseas purchaser from Hong Kong.
The sale price of £74,000,000 reflected an initial yield of 1.58% and equivalent yield of 2.38%.
