Hanover Green secure largest letting in Maidenhead in 2014

M&G Real Estate, advised by Hanover Green, has signed a 10-year lease with expense management specialists, Concur Technologies (UK) Ltd, at its Sygnus Court premises in Maidenhead. Concur will pay £28 per sq ft on the upper floors and £26 for the ground floors.
Sygnus Court, is a 21,800 sq ft, fully refurbished Grade ‘A’ office building situated in a prime town centre location within a 10 minute walk of Maidenhead train station.
This is the largest letting deal in the Maidenhead office market this year and almost doubles the take up in office space in the town.
