Hanover Green secures 7,200 sq ft office letting at Watchmoor Park in Camberley, Surrey

On behalf of BMO Commercial Property Trust, Hanover Green have let the refurbished offices on second floor at Park View, Watchmoor Park in Camberley, Surrey to Muller UK Ltd, one of the country’s leading dairy brands, on a 5 year lease.

Muller UK’s Milk & More business will relocate to Park View from its current office in Aldershot later this year, benefitting from access to a wider range of high quality amenities, including a café and gym on the ground floor of the building. The new letting adds to the occupier base at Park View and brings the occupancy up to c.80%. Other occupiers at Park View include Alcon, a global medical company specializing in eye care products, and Sandoz, a division of global pharmaceuticals giant Norvatis and leader in generic pharmaceuticals.

Watchmoor Park, a premier business park located in Camberley, close to the M3 motorway and just 33 miles from Central London, Park View comprises c.60,000 sq ft across 4 floors and benefits from great tenant amenity including a gym, restaurant and electric car parking points.

BCPT is currently refurbishing the reception area and the entire third floor (c.12, 500 sq ft) of the building, further modernising the office space which has outstanding views across Watchmoor Park.
