Hanover Green Secures GA Europe’s Mayfair Move

Retail restructuring specialist GA Europe, advised by Hanover Green, has moved to Mayfair after concluding a letting with property fund manager F&C REIT Asset Management.

GA Europe, a subsidiary of the Green American Group, specialises in retail restructuring and has recently been involved with high-profile distressed retailers including Game, Bonmarché and TJ Hughes. The company has moved into the 1,411 sq ft fifth floor of 14 Berkeley Street in London’s West End after signing a five-year lease, and is paying rent of £75 per sq ft.

The deal includes a break at year three and a three-month rent-free period. There is also a further three-month rent-free period if GA Europe does not exercise its break clause.
