A private investor client of Hanover Green has sold the freeholds of Hertford and Napier House, 1 & 2 Cranwood Street, EC1 for £11.37 million, showing a net initial yield of 5.9%.

The 33,300 sq ft fully multi let office investment is a short walk from Old Street roundabout and underground station and has a current rent passing is £709,875 pa with leases expiring between 2013 and 2016.

The purchaser was a private investor.
