Hanover Green wins Office Deal Of The Year

Hanover Green’s letting of 70,000 sq ft to Honda at Reflex in Bracknell at the end of 2013, on behalf of Commercial Estates Group, was voted the “ Commercial Property Deal of the Year “ at the inaugural Thames Valley Property Awards on 8th May.
The event, held at Ascot Racecourse, was attended by over 340 people who work in the Thames Valley.
The deal at Reflex won because it was unexpected and had a big impact for Bracknell as a “ huge inward investment win” in a difficult office market. It was the fifth largest letting in the Thames Valley office market in 2013.
