HG help Benson Elliot to significant saving on rent review next to Harrods

Acting on behalf of Benson Elliot on their head office rent review at 50 Hans Crescent, Hanover Green has saved £75,000 per annum from the landlord’s initial rent demand. The landlord had quoted a rent equating to £85 psf at the October 2015 review on this 5 year old Grade A space, occupying a prominent corner position opposite Harrods in Knightsbridge.

The rent agreed was finally set at £72.50 psf on the 6,000 sq ft office floor rising from the origional £52.50 psf set in 2010.
