Horizon offices near Maidenhead brew up another letting

Sara Lee Tea And Coffee Limited, who owns major brands including Douwe Egberts coffee and Pickwicks tea, has signed up on 10,000 sq ft of office space at Horizon, Hurley, relocating its head office from Slough.
The landlord, Commercial Estates Group Ltd, has granted a 10 year lease at a confidential rent subject to a rent review and an option to break in September 2016.
Three lettings have now been secured at Horizon which is over 50% let within 12 months of being relaunched by CEG following their purchase of the building. Approximately 40,000 sq ft remains available to let at a new quoting rent of £22.50 psf
