Ignis UK Property Fund prelets in Mayfair at £120 per sq ft

Ignis UK Property Fund, who are now part of Standard Life Investments, has prelet its 11,650 sq ft refurbished office building on the corner of Curzon Street and Queen Street, Mayfair at a rent equating to £120 per sq ft on the upper floors.

London Executive Offices have taken the entire building at 14 Curzon Street on a 15 year lease subject to upward five-yearly rent reviews and a tenants option to break in year 10.

A rent of £1,275,000 was agreed which breaks back to over £120 per sq ft on the upper floors.
