Kimble secures Southwark sub-let

The Good Agency Group has sub-let the ground floor of its office near Blackfriars Road in London to software provider Kimble Applications.

The communications agency, advised by Hanover Green, has let the 1,711 sq ft floor at 8 Boundary Row in Southwark until January 2018. Kimble is paying £35 per sq ft and the deal includes an initial two-month rent-free period, with a break clause after two years.
