Kings Hill property let

Kings Hill Property Unit Trust ( KHPUT ), represented by Hanover Green, has let 3,165 sq ft at 30 Tower View to The British Assessment Bureau (BAB).

BAB, which certifies management standards, provides associated training and creates bespoke assessment schemes, will move to the offices on 18 July. They have further plans to double their occupancy within the next three years.

The letting announcement follows recently signed leases on a further 20,000 sq ft of office space, with Teligent Telecom and ADT Fire & Security both extending their tenure. Other tenants include Barclays, Jupiter, Rail Europe and Kimberly-Clark.

Kings Hill is a US inspired business park, set in 800 acres near West Malling, two miles from junction 4 of the M20. It was a former airfield and is now home to around 6,500 residents and

more than 100 businesses employing over 5,000 people. There is an 18 hole golf course, cricket pitch, David Lloyd leisure centre, further recreation and sports amenities, schools and a village centre with shops and cafes.

Kevin Hawthorn, a Partner at Hanover Green believes “The unique, landscaped environment and quality of the offices at Kings Hill, as well as the various recreation and leisure facilities, make it an attractive base for any business looking for a new location”.
