Kroll Ontrack in Epsom for CBRE GI

CBRE Global Investors has leased the recently refurbished 2nd floor comprising 12,141 sq ft to Kroll Ontrack Ltd at Global House, Ashley Avenue, Epsom, Surrey. The quoting rent was £23.50 per sq ft.

The property is located in a prominent part of Epson’s town centre and has direct, covered access into the prime shopping centre, The Ashley Centre.The Ashley Shopping Centre and Global House was bought by CBRE Global Investors in December 2014.
