Land Securities Wins Games Developer

Land Securities, advised by Hanover Green, has agreed a letting in London’s West End to computer games developer ZeniMax Europe.

Hanover Green has advised on the letting of the 8,356 sq ft first floor of Haymarket House at 28-29 Haymarket, near Piccadilly Circus, to ZeniMax Europe. The tenant has signed a deal until June 2022. The US-headquartered firm owns franchises such as Fallout, Elder Scrolls and Dishonored.
