Lazari Investments has let the second floor front (3,155 sq ft) and rear (3,009 sq ft) of Bedford House 125/133 Camden High Street to JAS Information Services and Echo Location Talent Agency.
The two companies have signed five year leases at rents of £47.54 per sq ft and £49.50 per sq ft respectively.
In addition, Store Property Investments Ltd have let 30 Newman Street (8,784 sqft) to i2 Office Ltd on a straight 10 year term.
Hanover Green acted for both landlords in letting the space.
