Letting Success At Heathrow House, Heathrow

An institutional client of Threadneedle Property Investments, advised by Hanover Green has secured a major deal at its Heathrow House office building in Bath Road, Heathrow.

Existing occupier The Continuity Company is expanding in the building and has agreed a 30,214 sq ft deal in three separate 10-year leases for the ground (700 sq ft), entire fifth (16,530 sq ft) and part of the fourth floors (12,984 sq ft).

TCC previously occupied the fifth floor and a small suite on the ground floor on a lease expiring in 2015. A lease surrender was agreed at nil premium.
