Lotus position for Hanover Green


Legal & General Property (LGP) has appointed Hanover Green as joint letting agents, on its 69,000 sq ft remodelled office development at Lotus Park in Staines, which is due to be completed in October 2014.

Three Lotus Park is being comprehensively rebuilt to provide a headquarters office building with 226 car parking spaces in a prime office location. LGP has added an extra floor comprising 20,800 sq ft, a full height glazed atrium reception, external decking overlooking the River Thames and a landscaped garden. The offices are available in their entirety or on a floor by floor basis, from 20,806 sq ft, at a quoting rent of £35.00 per sq ft.

Acquired at the end of 2009, Lotus Park is located off The Causeway (A308) in Staines and is close to the town centre and Staines railway station.
