Hanover Green are delighted to have acted on behalf of Bionic / Triple S Promotions on the acquisition of the ground floor suite at 400 Capability Green in Luton. Triple S Promotions who provide a number of business services including energy, insurance, connectivity and finance solutions for SME business owners, have taken the 7,938 sq ft refurbished offices from Landlord, Columbia Threadneedle. Bray Fox Smith acted on behalf of the landlord. Existing occupiers within the building include Oracle, Ernst & Young and Korbyt.
