M&G signs WSP in Guildford

M&G Real Estate has signed a letting agreement with global engineering professional services firm, WSP, at 2 London Square in Guildford.

WSP will occupy 28,000 sq ft on a 10-year lease on the second, third, fourth and fifth floors.

2 London Square is an 118,000 sq ft office development comprising three headquarter office buildings.

WSP has 7,150 staff based across the UK, and works on major construction and infrastructure projects such as the re-development of London Bridge Station, 22 Bishopsgate and Crossrail.
