Mindful Chef HQ Letting at Battersea Reach

On behalf of St George, part of Berkeley Group, Hanover Green have completed a letting to the new head office of ‘Mindful Chef’, a health focused food box company, at Battersea Reach, SW18. The company is expanding its business and will use the new base (7,865 sq ft) to enhance its product testing capabilities in addition to installing a studio for photography and filming purposes. The multi-purpose space will also include a new prep and trial area.

Battersea Reach is a thriving riverside destination and Mindful Chef joins The Fitness Space and landscape architect Randle Siddeley situated within the commercial quarter. The wider development includes 1,350 new homes, award-winning gardens and over six acres of landscaped public space, including a 300m riverside walk which offers picturesque vistas across the River Thames.

St George now brings Mindful Chef’s HQ to the market, at £4,350,000, reflecting a NIY at 6.54% after purchasers’ costs.
