Mitsubishi Electric Lights up Harman House, Uxbridge

Following the double letting success last year to Pepper (UK) Limited and Xeretec at Harman House in Uxbridge, letting agents Hanover Green have secured a letting of 7,784 sq ft to Mitsubishi Electric on the newly refurbished 9th floor.

Mitsubishi Electric will move from the second floor in the building after agreeing a new 12 year lease with tenant break at the 7th year at a rent of £30 per sq ft.
