New beds for Bedford Park, Croydon

F&C REIT Asset Management, acting on behalf of Friends Life, have sold 5 Bedford Park, a vacant 46,000 sq ft office building for £5.25 million. The previous tenant Mercer Consulting, vacated at the end of October 2013 on the expiry of their lease.

Situated within the main office core between West and East Croydon stations, the freehold property was sold to Criterion Capital who intend to convert the property to residential use.

Hanover Green acted jointly on the sale for F & C REIT.
