Following refurbishment, the whole of 25 Green Street in Mayfair, W1 has been put of the market on behalf of a private client. The property provides 6,349 sq ft over lower ground to 4th floors.
On behalf of M&G, 2 and 3 London Square, Guildford has also been launched.
2 London Square is a comprehensive refurbishment and remodeling undertaken to provide 43,645 sq ft of Grade A office space.
3 London Square is also currently undergoing comprehensive refurbishment. This will provide 35,618 sq ft when completed in December 2017. Total space available of 79,263 sq ft in both buildings.
