Nill increase secured on Waterside, Paddington, W2

Acting on behalf of the tenant Marks & Spencer and following the sale of the 240,000 sq ft office building this year to KFCC for £207 million, Hanover Green have secured a nil increase on the June 2013 rent review.

This has left the rent passing at £11.39 million pa which reflects an overall rent of £47.75 psf despite recent rents acheived within Paddington of £57.50 psf.

Hanover Green are delighted to help in a small way to keep overheads down for “our” M & S.
