Octavia House, EC1 sold for £4.7m

Acting on behalf of Home Group, Hanover Green has sold the remaining 94 year leasehold interest in Octavia House, 50 Banner Street, EC1 for £4.7 million.

Comprising some 22,616 sq ft of multi let offices, the sale to a UK private investor reflected a net initial yield of approximately 7.7% and a capital value of some £220 per sq ft.
