Office Freehold Sold on Behalf of The Howard De Walden Estate

Following The Howard de Walden Estate’s desire to sell some of their non-core property assets, Hanover Green are glad to announce the sale of 4-6 York Street, London W1.

The office building had been comprehensively refurbished and totals approximately 9,500 sq ft. The freehold was bought by a private investor for £11.85 million who will part occupy the building.

Hanover Green acted for The Howard de Walden Estate and Colliers represented the purchasers.
